Artificial Sweeteners: Healthier Option?

Many people believe that artificially sweetened foods and beverages are better for you since they have no sugar and are lower calories. This can not be further from the truth. These products cause more gut imbalance leading to a rise in the the inflammatory response which leads to diseases including obesity, cardiovascular disease, and many more.
