Aiming for Happy

The Lounge for Adults-

Let’s just face it, being happy is more fun. Its healthier, too. But like many things, it’s easier said than done, so here are some tips to aim for happiness:

  • Express gratitude for what you have

  • Think optimistically about the future

  • Don’t worry about little things

  • Maintain positive relationships

  • Try and be kind to others

  • Speak kinder and gentler words

  • Practice generosity and try and do something nice for someone

  • Live in the present because we can’t change anything in the past.

It may seem like a lot of things, but if we just focus on one each day, the list might feel more manageable. Even if you just do one, it is one step closer to a greater sense of overall well-being.
