What's for Dinner?


I have been at a loss on dinner idea. Yep it happens to me too. I usually eat a bit different than my hubby even tho we both eat clean so that means usually 2 different meals and sometimes his meals stump me since I am not eating them. Here is what we have been having lately - maybe you can get some ideas out this.


  • Loaded Tater Tots - Alexa organic tater tots topped with grass-fed ground beef in salsa, guacamole, raw shredded cheddar cheese and onions.

  • Grilled chicken thighs with sautéd baby broccoli, onions, mushroom in garlic olive oil.

  • Ahi tuna with wasabi on balsamic salsa rice in instant pot.

  • Ordered Thai food: Fresh veggie spring rolls with rice paper and Gluten and soy free Chicken Pad Thai (rice noodles). (yep this one had my weight up 2 pounds)

  • Tuna with Sir Kensington mayo and a squirt of stone ground mustard, thawed frozen peas and broccoli slaw.

  • Parmesan cauliflower rice with green beans and wild cod.
