
During this quarantine, it is important to spend some time on this. What is it that makes you happy? Then write out what you do every day. Are you doing what makes you happy?
For me, exercising, meditating, doing for others, seeing the grandkids, always having a project going with the hubby, knitting, planning meals, cooking, connecting with my friends, enjoying sun and warmth, are a few of the things that make me happy. When I look at what I am doing I admit there are days that I am not doing what I makes me happy but I empower myself to do at least one thing that day even if it is just a nap or a long bath.
