Just Breathe

I talk to so many people who are rushing around, dealing with so much stress, dis-ease, to-do's, inability to lose weight, etc and I tell them, take deep breaths. No one thinks slowing down and breathing beneficial as this seems so simple, too easy, to even work but it is POWERFUL!

I suggest even setting the alarm on your phone, drop your shoulders and take 3-5 deep breaths every 1-2 hours until this becomes a habit. Check out the benefits and techniques below.
