Super Bowl Chicken Nachos


What is the Super Bowl without Nachos! Here is a clean healthy nacho recipe to make. Ingredients available at Whole foods, Woodman's, and chips are even available at Walmart.


Nacho Average Chicken Nachos

(Dairy-Free & Grain-Free)


Ingredients:

1 lb. boneless skinless Chicken Thighs

1 Siete’s Taco Seasoning Packet

1-2 bags of Siete’s Grain Free Sea Salt Chips

1 jar Siete’s Nacho Cashew Queso

1 tub of Forager Organic Dairy Free Sour Cream

1 Jalepeno (finely chopped)

1-2 Avocados (diced)

1 bunch of Cilantro (chopped)

Pico de Gallo


Directions:

-Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

-In a large bowl season chicken thighs with 1 packet of Siete Taco Seasoning.

-Place chicken thighs in the oven for 35-45 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

-Remove from oven. Cut chicken into bite size pieces or slices.

-Prepare your nacho bar toppings. Heat the jar of Siete Nacho Cashew Queso. Drizzle queso over chicken thighs. Top with sour cream, jalapeño, avocado, cilantro, and pico de gallo.
