Southwestern Salad with Cilantro Lime Dressing

This salad was the bomb. It had just the right amount of flavor and crispness. Reminded me of a chopped salad flavor. I loved this one.

Everyone raved over the dressing. They used it on the shrimp, the skirt steak and the salad. I will definitely keep this one in my most used recipe file.
