So you are looking for ways to make working out more fun. You know the importance of staying fit and having a regular schedule to maintain good health. BUT there at some days... Phew! It’s hard to fight the urge to get up. How about recruiting a workout buddy?

Of course, the buddy may have different fitness goals. However a workout buddy can remind you to get up in the morning for that little walk. You and your buddy could also share away in time, when it’s time to meet the scale and time to acknowledge what work needs to be done from there. Don’t be discouraged if your first ask is a disappointment, however the more tenacious you are and finding a workout partner the better your workouts will be.
