Never Neglect the Foundation


Exercise is very important to the body but you can't outrun, out train, or out lift a bad diet. Fix that first. Focus on removing the sugar and grain and other processed foods. Move towards whole protein, fresh vegetable and fruit. Add in more water. Be conscious of EVERYTHING that is going in your mouth. This is much more powerful than 2 hours of exercise no matter how much better you feel after you work out.


Working on the mind, our thoughts, our choices will assist us more in reaching our goals by increasing our own responsibility and accountability. It is not about what others have done to us but what we are doing to ourself. Own that!


What do we have if we don't have health? This is our foundation. How important is that for you?
