Holiday Survival: Slow Flow Yoga

One of the things that I was missing during this holiday pandemic closure is the ability to do a warm and gentle slow flow yoga at my favorite studio. Practicing a slow flow yoga moves the body gently. It gets the blood moving. It stretches muscles. It builds muscles and it is calming, which is so needed at this time.

Slow Flow yoga is for everyone - whether you are new to yoga or you have practiced for years. Yoga is about doing what feels good for you and your body. Practicing this with a space heater or in a warmer room (not hot) helps increase the flexibility and maintain a soothing environment - but that is a preference.
