Full Body Workout


Here is another workout with no equipment or gym necessary. Each exercise can be modified for your level - meaning do step outs instead of jumping jacks, pushups on knees or against a wall, or add in a weight to Russian twists or Glute bridges or even lunges for those who want a challenge.


1 round for beginners and 2 or 3 for those going for gold!
