First we need to know What are we trying to create? What is it that you want? To find peace? To rid yourself of disease? To lose weight? To find joy? Get Healthy?
Then the easy stuff happens. For EVERY SINGLE THING you THINK, SAY, DO or CHOOSE you ask "Does this support what I am trying to create?"
This process is a habit that can easily be obtained.
So for example: You want to get rid of disease! Perfect. Does the cupcake support this? Does the stress of the news create this? Does the extra bottle of water create this? Does sitting on the couch create this? Does taking a walk create this? Does packing a lunch create this?
Each and every tiny thing we do either supports us or hinders us. What are you doing to support the life you are trying to create?
