Consistent vs Committed

We want to stay consistent but can we stay committed? Being consistent and committed are 2 different things.

Being consistent is to continue, to keep going. It is to pick yourself off the couch and work out or log every day! Being consistent is doing it over and over again.

To be committed is to BELIEVE! To be dedicated to a cause.

Are you committed to your health? Do you believe that you have the power to change it? If you are, then you will be committed to the consistent steps it takes to change your health! And remember it is not how fast you go but that you do these steps EVERY, SINGLE, DAY!! Commit to be consistent!
