A Pause in Anxious Times

The world keeps changing. It seems to get more challenging before there is something recognizably predictable. With such an uncharted path, you find you’re just reacting to stay afloat, putting out fires ...and you’re exhausted. Stressed out.

Sometimes the best way to manage overwhelming feelings is to pause. It’s taking a moment to stop reacting and reflect on the situation. Does the pause change the course? No. But, it can slow a sense of spinning, offer time for a breath, and builds resilience in an existential crisis and a gauntlet of unknowns.
